Please be advised that once the design and development process has commenced, the client will not receive a refund, whether partial or full. We follow this norm strictly.

Our extensive portfolio allows you to view & assess the quality of our work and the dexterity of our professionals so that you can confidently entrust us with the project. To resolve any doubts, please contact us before paying for our services. Payments for our website design, development & mobile app development projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to our clients. Once the payment is deposited, it is non-refundable. If a project is postponed or cancelled abruptly, Zenith Solz will retain the paid sum. If applicable, the fees for the accomplished work beyond the previous payments must be compensated by the client.

We endow with a 60% SEO guarantee; clients can request a refund if the assured result is not delivered after 9 months. SEO is a long-term process; overnight success can’t be achieved; you need to allow us to work on your digital campaign for at least 9 months; otherwise, the refund policy will not be applicable. When we fall short in delivering the anticipated result, i.e., ranking your website within the top ten positions against a particular set of keywords, the client can ask for a reimbursement. For example, if we charge $1800 for 10 keywords (estimating $180 for each keyword) for 9 months and after 9 months, if we fail to achieve top ten positioning for at least 6 keywords, we would refund $180 for each unranked keyword. If after 9 months we achieve top ten positioning for 4 keywords, we would refund $180*2= $360. You will also be bestowed with the option of allowing us to work on your project for some more time to achieve the top 10 ranking for the unranked keyword.
