Order Confirmation and Processing
Upon receipt of payment from the client, please allow 3-5 business days for us to allocate the necessary resources to your project. The project timeline will commence following this allocation period of 3-5 days. For example, if payment is received on May 1st and the project is scheduled for 10 working days, the new deadline will be calculated from May 5th, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Therefore, the final deadline would be 10 working days from May 5th, excluding weekends.
Upon placing an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming the details of the agreement. Our team will initiate the project within 1-2 business days. This confirmation email will contain essential information, such as the complete wireframe, total cost, and an estimated delivery timeline.
Delivery Method
We conduct our service delivery virtually, utilizing secure and encrypted channels to ensure the integrity and security of your business data. You will receive a detailed email with instructions on how to access or implement the delivered services.
Delayed Delivery
A grace period or buffer time of 7 days from the project delivery date will be provided to accommodate potential changes or alterations requested by the client, project complexities, delayed client responses, or other related factors. During this period, no refund claims for delayed delivery will be accepted.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances causing a delay in delivery, we will promptly notify you via email. Please note that Zenith Solz is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
